I coach executives and managers in small and medium-sized companies to build organizational capacities in finding, hiring, engaging, and professionally developing the right talent. Trained in Change Management with Prosci, I’ve helped organizations successfully engineer, execute, and manage change for over 15 years.

For six years starting in 2003, I ran my own professional organizing firm, Room To Breathe, which I then transformed into RTB Consulting, a successful management consulting practice. In 2016, I had the great opportunity to join the leadership team of a $50M manufacturing company, where I could experience shaping the operational behavior of a larger company as its Director of Human Resources.
